Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  When an order is shipped, we send and automated shipped confirmation
email with tracking number to the email entered on your order.
 If you
created a customer account with an email address and password then you
can also log into your account and click the "My Account / Order Status"
link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders
status.  It will show one of the following - processing, ready to ship,
shipped, or if something is sold out it may show backordered or
partially backordered.  Please understand that we are a small business
and if we get constant requests for order status it takes time away from
processing orders and making parts.  Currently in Spring of 2020 our
shipping lead time has increased to 7-10 days due to unusually high
volume of orders.  Please be patient as we process and ship your order
as quickly as possible.  
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you need to cancel your order, you can email us to request a cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed when we see your email we will change it or cancel it as required. However, we cannot guarantee that we will catch it in time due to getting a high volume of emails and we are not able to respond to all of them the same day. So please be sure of what you want to order before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
  When we ship your order, our shipping program sends an email with tracking number to the email address listed on your order. This tracking number is also automatically posted to your order. So you can also login into your account if you created one with an email and password and click the "My Account / Order Status" link to to your orders and will see the tracking number there.
My order never arrived.
  If you received a shipping confirmation email and tracking number and there appears to be something wrong with the delivery of your package according to the tracking, then you can email us for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing from your shipment that is not explained on the packing slip, please just email us for assistance. If we were only able to ship part of your order, we will annotate that on the packing slip and ship the remainder as soon as we can get it in stock.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  If an item is on backorder, we will ship as soon as they are back in stock. If you would like an ETA on when they are expected to be back in stock, please send us an email to ask for the ETA on that product. We try to keep the stock status on the website as current as possible and if something is out of stock and we have an ETA we will put that on it. If an item is out of stock and we are not accepting backorders, it will have an "email me when back in stock" option.
